The agreement covers the operation and maintenance of TAWAL’s Passive Infrastructure Network (PIN), supporting the ongoing management and reliability of its telecommunications sites.

As part of the agreement, Shabakkat KSA will also manage TAWAL-owned and operated equipment located at customer sites. These activities will be carried out in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing a clear framework for service quality, performance and accountability.
