The purpose of the Grievance Reporting tool is to expose and report ethical misconduct, fraud, illegal activities, retaliation, abuse of power, or other wrongdoing within or against IPT Powertech.

What will the Grievance Response Team Do?

The Grievance Committee is responsible for receiving, assessing, and investigating grievances in a timely and impartial manner.  The Committee ensures that all matters are handled with confidentiality and fairness, in full compliance with the Company’s internal policies.  Based on its findings, the Grievance Committee recommends appropriate corrective actions and diligently follows up to ensure their effective implementation.

Malicious Reporting

While all stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns in good faith, the deliberate submission of false, misleading, or malicious information is strictly prohibited. Any individual found to have knowingly made a false report with the intent to deceive, harm, or retaliate against others may be subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment or legal consequences, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
