At IPT PowerTech, teamwork is our engine for progress. Our recent team-building day with Ora Corporate Wellness focused on collaboration, creativity, and purpose. From energizing icebreakers to a Dabke workshop celebrating Lebanese heritage, the day stayed high-energy. IPT PowerTech Olympics and Giant Board Games blended strategy with play, while the Team Synergy Challenge tested adaptability and quick thinking. Set at Domaine Des Oliviers, Smar Jbeil, the location added authenticity and meaning.
The Big Picture Experience brought everyone together as each participant contributed to one collective challenge that reflected our shared vision and goals. We closed with reflections and clear takeaways to carry into daily work, moving forward stronger and more connected as one team.
